PlayArc is a product of arc12box (www.arc12box.com). By creating an account or using PlayArc (the website and mobile apps), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

PlayArc is provided for organising friendly, recreational sport among local groups: arranging sessions, sharing costs such as court hire, recording results and enjoying the stats. You agree not to use it:

• to run a business, sell coaching, memberships or events for profit, or advertise products or services;
• for gambling, betting or prize competitions;
• for any purpose that is unlawful or that the service isn't designed for.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Use your real name or a name your group will recognise, and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.

• Anyone can create a team and becomes its organiser. Organisers can make other members admins.
• Organisers can edit sessions and results, mark payments, manage the team code, and remove members.
• Keep your team code within your group. Don't try to guess or misuse other teams' codes.
• Information you see about other players is for your team's use only. Don't copy or share it outside the app.

PlayArc does not process, hold or transfer money. Cost splits, “I've paid” marks and balances are records to help your group keep track. Any payment, such as cash, PayID or bank transfer, is an arrangement between you and your organiser. We aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for amounts owed, refunds or disputes.

Please keep things friendly. You agree not to:

• post anything abusive, harassing, discriminatory, misleading or illegal, including in announcements;
• enter false results or payment records on purpose;
• impersonate anyone, or collect other users' information;
• spam, or try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

PlayArc is an organising tool. We don't run, supervise or insure any session, venue or activity. Taking part in sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness, equipment and safety, and for following venue rules.

You keep ownership of what you add (such as announcements, results and session details). You give us permission to store and display it to the members of your teams so the service can work.

PlayArc is free, and we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that stats and reminders will always be accurate or on time. We may change, pause or discontinue features, or the service, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, for injuries or losses arising from sport or sessions organised through the app, or for disputes between users. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded.

You can leave a team or stop using PlayArc at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use PlayArc after that means you accept the updated terms.
