Set up once
The organiser creates a team and gets a 6-digit code. Share it in WhatsApp, as a QR code or a link.

Plan
Create a session (or a weekly one). Everyone gets notified and taps Going, Maybe or Can't. Full? They join the waitlist.

Day before
Players get a reminder. The organiser sees who's coming and who hasn't paid yet.

Play
Generate fair doubles pairings in one tap. Players enter the score courtside — winners are recorded automatically.

After
Players tap “I've paid” and the organiser ticks it off. No more spreadsheets.

Win rate, best partner, head-to-head and the leaderboard update on their own.

Questions
Is it really free?+
Yes. PlayArc is free for everyone, with no ads. Create or join as many teams as you like.
Does the app take payments?+
No. It only keeps track of who has paid. Money moves the way your group already does it — cash, PayID or bank transfer.
Who can see my information?+
Only members of the teams you join. Teams aren't public or searchable. We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
How do people join my team?+
Share your 6-digit team code or invite link. Players sign in with Google or email (or Apple in the iPhone app) and enter the code — that's it.
Is there a mobile app?+
The iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Until then, PlayArc works in any phone browser, so you can use the web app today.
Which sports are supported?+
Badminton, pickleball (singles and doubles) and running. More racket sports are on the way.
